Bilingual CNA / CMA/ RMA – FT
This position supports and functions under the direction of the care team with various office and clinical duties to keep our nonprofit free clinic running efficiently. This includes tasks such as patient intake, exceptional patient care, documentation, medication administration, and clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker – FT
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling to CCC patients as well as works within an integrated model of care with the clinical staff to improve the overall wellness of patients. The LCSW or LCSWA will meet weekly with the clinical staff to discuss the overall health of individual patients to improve health outcomes..
